In response to feedback from BancTec users, the BSUA Board is organizing a benchmarking initiative for all interested BancTec remittance users. The BSUA Board has contracted Garrett Consulting Group to lead this effort. A conference call to kick off this project is planned for October 25th at 10:30 am (CT). The agenda for this call is as follows:
- Discuss Benchmarking Project Plan
- Determine Platforms from mail receipt to deposit
- Determine Interested Participants
- Determine Scope of Benchmarking Metrics
- Discuss Reporting Format
