October 22nd	PayCourier 5.15
	Presenter: TBD
	Who Should Attend: PayCourier customers who are on a lower version level of PayCourier and want to understand what is in the later release. PayCourier customers who are already on V5.1.5 or have active projects to move to this version. Description: Significant features in various sub-versions. Discussion of project-specific capabilities that were blended into the V5.1.5 release and may be applicable to other projects. Discussion on where the product is going next.
November 10th	Document Processing 101
	Presenter: Beth Lubert
	Who Should Attend: Customers assessing business needs for document scanning, whether related to payments processing or not. Description: Basic concepts of Document processing Leveraging the BancTec XDS scanner for both payments and document processing
November 12th	Image Exception Processing
	Presenter: John Fox
	Who Should Attend: PayCourier customers who have implemented Image CashLetter (ICL) and/or have active projects to move to ICL. Description: Discussion on how returns are handled by various depositing banks. Review of the BancTec IQA process for ICL projects. Demonstration of the BancTec Web Exceptions module (not related to ICL).
December 9th	Moving Into New Business Areas
